SEAPOWER was created precisely to provide an effective response to this challenge, bringing together scientific entities and companies operating in the blue economy sector. The SEAPOWER facilities in Figueira da Foz aim precisely to maximize synergies with port and ocean infrastructures in order to increase the sector's competitiveness, helping to effectively transfer the knowledge generated in research institutions to the economy."
