The SEAPOWER Advisory Board
It is an advisory body whose purpose is to develop and consolidate the association's strategic vision, analyze, monitor, and advise on the association's operations, issuing opinions on plans and annual activity reports.
The Advisory Board is also responsible for issuing opinions on the institution's medium- and long-term strategic planning and may perform the following functions, among others.
Advise on strategic issues;
Analyze and discuss issues relevant to the development of the organization, particularly with regard to market trends;
Analyze and discuss issues relevant to the development of the organization, particularly with regard to market trends;
Analisar e debater questões relevantes para o desenvolvi-
mento da organização, nomeadamente no que respeita às tendências de mercado;
Evaluate new ideas for activities or services, with
some of its members being able to join or form juries or joint committees for the analysis and selection of ideas and support other SEAPOWER management bodies;
Identify opportunities for innovation, business, or
financing;
Contribute to approaching potential customers,
partners, or other actors in the value chain;
Recommend actions or initiatives.
The Advisory Board consists of a variable number of members.
They are independent figures from the scientific and business communities and representatives of local and regional entities, and may also include other individuals of recognized merit and experience.
