Modular Energy Islands for Sustainability and Resilience

The event marked the end of four years of collaboration under COST Action CA20109, a European initiative that promotes collaborative research and aims to integrate these innovative solutions into the energy infrastructures of the future.

On the 4th of September, the delegation paid a technical visit to SeaPower's facilities. During the visit, participants had the opportunity to see the future facilities of the SeaPower Development Centre, as well as SeaPower Labs, where innovative solutions in the field of the Blue Economy are being developed.

 

The final conference was organised in collaboration with SeaPower and the University of Coimbra, with the indispensable support of several sponsors who were instrumental to the success of the event, namely:
