SEAPOWER is recognized as a Technology and Innovation Center (CTI) – Order No. 9799 -A/2022, of August 8, and the respective base financing contract of the SEAPOWER Technology and Innovation Center — Association for the Development of the Sea Economy under the terms defined in AAC No. 03/C05-i02/2022.

 

CTIs help companies identify market needs and, through research focused on the application and demonstration of innovative technologies, seek to respond to these challenges and contribute to increasing the effectiveness of companies' performance in an industrial context.

 

The work of CTIs has been essential for the development of new solutions and knowledge that benefit companies and, consequently, Portugal's economic growth.

With this project, SEAPOWER aims to support the growth trend and the challenges and opportunities of the blue economy sector in Portugal and worldwide, with a strong focus on internationalization.
